  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United States will not be accepted or processed.


2. Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all U.S. orders.

  • There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping.

  • All shipping costs within the United States are fully covered by Alvenrix Office Seating.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–6 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on:

    • Carrier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Other unforeseen circumstances

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

6. Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


7. Shipping Carriers

  • Orders are shipped using reliable U.S.-based carriers.

  • Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination to ensure safe and timely delivery.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If an order is returned to us due to address issues, additional reshipping fees may apply.


9. Lost or Delayed Packages
