Return and Refund Policy

At Alvenrix Office Seating, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that in some cases a product may not fully meet your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear

    • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.


2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers may request an exchange for:

    • A different size

    • A different color

    • A similar product of equal value

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned outside the allowed return or exchange window

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item received is defective

    • The item is damaged upon arrival

    • The item received is incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
